Jeffrey L. Hays

Jeffrey L. Hays has served as President and Producer of RLA Insurance Intermediaries since April 2010. Prior to co-founding RLA Insurance Intermediaries, Mr. Hays held underwriting positions at both Lexington Insurance Company in Boston and AIG Lloyd’s box in London.  More recently Mr. Hays worked as a wholesale broker at CRC Insurance Services.

Chris D. Skaletsky

Chris D. Skaletsky has served as the Chief Operational Officer and Producer since April 2010.  Before co-founding RLA Insurance Intermediaries, Mr. Skaletsky worked as an underwriter at Lexington Insurance Company in Boston.  While at Lexington Mr. Skaletsky built a strong relationship with his largest client, McAuley Woods & Associates. In 2003 Mr. Skaletsky accepted a wholesale broker position in McAuley Woods’ West Palm Beach, Florida office.

Daniel J. O’Connell

Daniel J. O’Connell has been the Chief Financial Officer of RLA Insurance Intermediaries since April 2010. Previously, Mr. O’Connell managed the technical accounting and reporting group for Liberty Mutual’s Investment Division and the reporting group in John Hancock’s Corporate Finance Department during its initial public offering.  Mr. O’Connell is a certified public accountant and attorney at law in Massachusetts.
